The information you provide in our forms — such as full name, phone number, email, education history, work history, and any other details you submit through our channels.
3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล3. Purpose of data use
ข้อมูลที่ท่านกรอกในแบบฟอร์ม เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล เบอร์โทร ประวัติการทำงาน และอื่นๆ จะถูกใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการ ติดต่อสื่อสาร และนัดหมายสัมภาษณ์งาน เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในกระบวนการสรรหา และพิจารณาความเหมาะสมของผู้สมัครในการจ้างงาน เท่านั้น
The information will be used solely for communication, interview scheduling, and assessing your suitability during the recruitment process — to make hiring smoother and fairer.
4. การรักษาความลับ4. Confidentiality
บริษัทจะ เก็บรักษาข้อมูลเป็นความลับ และไม่เปิดเผยต่อบุคคลภายนอก โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน เว้นแต่เป็นการเปิดเผยตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
The Company will keep your information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent — except where disclosure is required by law.
5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล5. Data retention period
บริษัทฯ จะทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อใช้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่แจ้งไว้ เป็นระยะเวลา 10 ปี นับจากวันที่ผู้สมัครงานให้ข้อมูลเพื่อการสมัครงาน หากพ้นระยะเวลาดังกล่าวแล้ว ทางบริษัทจะลบและทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านออกจากฐานข้อมูล เว้นแต่ในกรณีที่มีสาเหตุจำเป็นทางกฎหมาย หรือเหตุผลทางเทคนิครองรับ อาจเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้สมัครไว้นานกว่าระยะเวลานั้น
The Company will retain personal data for the stated purposes for a period of 10 years from the date you submit your application. After this period, your personal data will be deleted and destroyed from our database — except where a legal obligation or technical reason requires us to retain the data for longer.
